Blue Note London, Covent Garden, is opening its first London home and seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join the opening kitchen leadership team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences in a high-profile live music venue.
You will mentor and develop the kitchen brigade, manage stock and HACCP compliance, support menu development, and collaborate with Front of House to ensure smooth service.
