p b Box Office Assistant - Covent Garden, London - New Opening! /b /p p b Join the Opening Team at Blue Note London /b /p p Blue Note, one of the worlds most celebrated live music venues, is opening its first London home in Covent Garden. /p p Were looking for organised, guest-focused individuals to join our opening Box Office team and help deliver an outstanding ticketing and guest experience for every performance. /p p b About the Role /b /p p As a Box Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales, guest enquiries and event administration while providing exceptional customer service before, during and after every performance. /p p Working closely with the Ticket Taker, Management and Production teams, youll ensure every guests booking journey is smooth and efficient, from purchasing tickets through to arrival at the venue. /p p b Key Responsibilities /b /p ul li Process ticket sales accurately using the venues ticketing system. /li li Assist guests with ticket purchases, exchanges, upgrades and general enquiries. /li li Manage will-call collections and guest lists. /li li Support VIP bookings, artist allocations and special event ticketing. /li li Resolve ticketing issues professionally and efficiently. /li li Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and guest information. /li li Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile transactions where required. /li li Coordinate with the Door Host team to ensure smooth guest admissions. /li li Communicate event updates and operational information to guests. /li li Provide information regarding performances, seating arrangements, accessibility and venue facilities. /li li Assist with telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly. /li li Ensure the Box Office remains organised, presentable and welcoming. /li li Support Management with administrative duties relating to ticketing and events. /li li Maintain confidentiality of customer information in accordance with GDPR requirements. /li li Represent the Blue Note brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times. /li /ul p b Skills Experience /b /p p Were looking for someone who combines excellent customer service with strong organisational skills. /p p b Youll have: /b /p ul li Previous experience in a Box Office, ticketing, hospitality, events or customer service role is preferred. /li li Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li li Strong administrative and organisational abilities. /li li Confidence using computer systems and ticketing software. /li li High attention to detail and numerical accuracy. /li li The ability to remain calm under pressure. /li li A positive, solution-focused attitude. /li li Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. /li li The legal right to work in the UK. /li /ul p b Salary Benefits /b /p ul li Salary: Β£14.00 per hour + tronc /li /ul p b Youll also receive: /b /p ul li Blue Note London staff discount. /li li Company pension scheme. /li li 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata). /li li Ongoing training and professional development. /li li Career progression opportunities. /li li Opportunity to join the opening team at one of Londons most exciting live music venues. /li /ul p b Schedule /b /p p b Hours: /b Full-time and part-time opportunities available. /p p Evening, weekend and bank holiday availability is essential. /p
