Blue Mountain Homes Limited is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager to lead a residential children’s home in the UK.

You will work with young people up to 18 with complex needs, ensuring safety, education and wellbeing, and uphold Ofsted standards.

Experience in children's homes and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care are required. A valid UK Driving Licence is also essential, and DBS checks will be completed.
