Hodge MF, a regional motor finance provider, seeks a Regional Manager to lead introducer acquisition and management across Blackburn & Lancaster. You will onboard new dealer partners, maintain performance, and drive volume with a sustainable commission structure.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will build strong dealer relationships, manage forecasts, and ensure compliance with FCA rules while supporting training and deal structuring to maximise value for both Hodge MF and introducers.
