THE COMPANY Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services provide scaffolding services and access equipment, coating and painting, cleaning, insulation and fireproofing services to some of the UK's largest industrial and energy clients.
JOB SUMMARY To support the efficient and effective operation of the business development & proposals functions in the preparation and delivery of tenders, proposals, prequalifications and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and maintaining proposal library and records. Working in accordance with Brands governance procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assign Expression of Interest (EOI) and PQ leads.
- Assign personnel to support proposals on request for relevant tasks (e.g. document review and admin, graphics, templates portal management).
- Support/Lead (as appropriate) key EOI and PQ, to develop response strategy, actions plan and develop response in line with strategy and governance.
- Managing access and maintenance of portals and registrations.
- Manage development and maintenance of proposal library, structure, content and access.
- Carry out audits on compliance of proposals to governance requirements.
- Ensure RFI/PQQ/RFP/ITT time scales are defined and adhered to.
- Collate and format tender/proposal responses into customer defined templates/formats.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding obtaining material/plant/equipment costs.
- Maintenance of CRM platform.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Essential
- Proficient in common software packages (Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Adobe Acrobat etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in similar role/function
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work to deadlines
Desirable
- Knowledge of one or more company disciplines (Scaffolding/Insulation/Painting)
- Knowledge/experience with SAP Ariba and/or common sourcing portals
- Knowledge of marketing
