The Company: My client specialises in the large format digital sector, producing the likes of building wraps, banners, wallpaper and signage. They are well established and have been trading for over 30 years. The client is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic person to join their growing sales team.
The Role: The candidate should have a proven success in sales within the large format digital sector and should be able to hit the ground running. They will be selling into retailers or industrial businesses. They will be required to work independently and also alongside the team to achieve key targets, and develop new opportunities and leads. You will manage a small team of sales people (4) and you will be accountable and lead by example supporting each sales person to achieve. You must be personable and know how to get the best out of different personalities. Managing and communicating customer requirements directly with the estimating and production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to sell in an exciting industry which is ever growing and feels like they canβt progress their career in their current company.
Whilst the role is a home based position, we would require some onsite working for development and key updates.
