Our project types include new product planning, launch strategy & planning, brand & life cycle planning and corporate & portfolio strategy, across a variety of specialty therapeutic areas.

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will join a Blue Matter project team to develop creative solutions to our clients' problems. This process usually starts by working directly with our clients to understand and define the problem, and developing insights into an impactful and actionable recommendation.
Primary Responsibilities- Execute on assigned project tasks
- Prepare materials for project meetings
- Execute analysis of primary and secondary research efforts
- Create and utilize analytical tools to support decision making
- Develop materials communicating results of analyses
- Identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform corporate and commercial strategies
- Demonstrate accountability for completion of project responsibilities
- Regularly engage senior level clients
At Blue Matter we look for consultants that can hit the ground running in a project team and are scientifically trained (either by experience or academic accomplishments), have consulting experience, and have a solid base across all of the following competencies:
- Critical Thinker - be able to approach a problem and understand its context and implications and work with ambiguous information to develop creative and pragmatic ideas to solve it
- Collaborative - be able to effectively plan your own work and deliver on what you commit to doing to your project team

Consultant: 2+ years of prior consulting or commercial pharma experience
Senior Consultant: 3+ years of prior consulting or commercial pharma experience
Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) preferred
