Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Writing up chefs' briefs for the Presenter's brief/script
- Liaising between chefs and the Food Team on recipe decisions, break down, ingredients
- Finding Farm to Fork contributors, researching the ingredients, liaising with the Food Team on this, cast, writing briefs, set up interviews, brief contributor on filming etc
- Being main contact for chefs before and on filming days with regards to travel etc
- Writing up recipes for the website
- Liaising with PM on filming for Risk Assessment
- Getting release forms, allergy forms signed
- Helping to set up and clear the set for each cook in the studio
- Help with derig/cleaning the filming areas at the end of the filming week
