We partner with studios and production companies worldwide to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable VFX vendor support. This is a remote or hybrid long-term freelance role for a VFX Executive Producer / Business Development Manager at Blue Magic VFX. The Executive Producer will focus on expanding our international client network, developing new business opportunities, and managing ongoing relationships with studios, producers, and post houses worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in film, OTT, and advertising.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with production houses and post vendors.
  • Presenting Blue Magic VFX’s capabilities and managing client communication from bid to delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal VFX teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time project completion.
  • Supporting long-term studio partnerships through consistent follow-up and client trust.

This is a contract-based, commission/project-driven collaboration (not a salaried or hourly role).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in VFX, Post Production, or Film Production (Executive Producer / Business Development / Sales role).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of global OTT and post-production workflows.
  • Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships internationally.
