BLUE LION TRAINING ACADEMY is seeking a strategic Head of Customer Success to lead the team and oversee the employer and learner journey across apprenticeship, learner loan and commercial training provision. You will act as the relationship owner for employers, drive retention and long-term partnerships, monitor satisfaction and progression, and work with senior leaders to plan growth and continuous improvement.
