The Role and the Team
Member growth sits at the heart of everything Blue Light Card does. Every day, millions of NHS workers, emergency services personnel, social care professionals, teachers and armed forces members rely on us to help them save money. We are growing fast, and this role exists to help us grow smarter.
You will sit within a small, focused growth team that spans paid performance and member organisation management. The role has two connected work streams: nurturing the organisations that help unlock member sign-ups at scale, whilst also supporting direct-to-consumer paid performance channels.
It is a broad, hands-on role that rewards curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who gets the concepts, loves to test and improve, and wants to grow with us.
What You'll Do

Support automated outreach to member organisations, helping to keep them engaged from onboarding onwards

Segment the member organisation base and test and refine messaging to improve engagement and response rates

Support member organisations in promoting BLC's offering to their employees, helping turn organisational partnerships into member sign-ups and activation
