As our Programme Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing people and plans together to deliver initiatives that truly make a difference. You’ll work across product, tech, data and wider teams to help coordinate and guide high-impact programmes like Black Friday and Big Blue Weekend.
You’ll operate at the heart of the business, building strong relationships across all levels. From delivery teams to our Senior Leadership Team and Executives, this is a highly visible role that requires clear communication, calm leadership and a proactive mindset that helps others succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of cross-functional programmes, including flagship initiatives like Black Friday and Big Blue Weekend
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across Product, Engineering, Data and business teams, ensuring shared understanding and momentum
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including Directors, Executives and the Senior Leadership Team, to provide clarity, surface risks and help shape thinking
- Act as the central point of accountability for key programmes, bringing structure, calm and confidence to high-impact, fast-paced work
- Define and maintain programme roadmaps, delivery plans and structured reporting to ensure momentum and visibility across teams
- Coordinate effectively across departments, ensuring work is clearly scoped, well-sequenced and progressing as planned
- Support organisational readiness and change, ensuring programme impacts are understood and well-communicated across the business
- Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices by shaping scalable frameworks that support effective, joined-up working
