The Partnerships team at Blue Light Card manages the full relationship lifecycle with our valued partners, from onboarding to optimisation, ensuring they can deliver impactful offers that support our members. We’re looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join our Food & Beverage category, one of our fastest growing and strategically important sectors. In this role, you’ll work with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, using data-driven insights to strengthen partnerships and deliver real value to our members’ everyday essential spend.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with our existing Food & Beverage partners, engaging through regular calls, meetings, and site visits to understand their goals and deliver shared commercial success.
  • Optimise performance by negotiating strong offers for our members.
  • Turn data into action, analyse performance metrics and consumer trends to identify opportunities, guide strategic growth, and demonstrate the value of partnering with Blue Light Card.
  • Support onboarding of new Food & Beverage partners, ensuring a smooth and impactful start to the partnership.
  • Plan and deliver marketing activity to drive engagement, including securing seasonal and tactical offers for members.
  • Lead commercial discussions for contract renewals and re-negotiations, ensuring win–win outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams, work closely with Marketing, Data, and other internal functions to bring joint business plans to life.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Partnership Management, with a track record of building strong commercial relationships and delivering growth.
  • Negotiation and sales skills that can influence at all levels.
  • Confident working with data, comfortable interpreting sales data and consumer insights to spot opportunities and build compelling narratives.
  • A growth mindset - proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach, valuing cross-team input to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage sector (or a related consumer category) is highly advantageous.
