What the job involves
The CRM team at BLC is in an exciting moment. The team is actively embracing AI and new tooling to work faster and smarter, giving members more personalised, responsive experiences. It’s a team that welcomes new ideas and gives people room to explore, rather than working from a rigid playbook.
We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll sit within a collaborative CRM function and report to the Senior Lifecycle CRM Manager, partnering closely on the strategic direction while owning the day-to-day build and execution of campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app via Braze. There’s real impact to be had here, and plenty of scope to bring your own thinking to how that’s done.
- Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging using Braze, including complex canvas builds.
- Lead re-engagement campaigns for members approaching renewal, contributing to copy, structure, and testing strategy.
- Develop and maintain email templates from scratch, owning both the copy and structural build.
- Support large-scale automated journeys including onboarding, renewal and win-back programmes, keeping content accurate and seasonally relevant.
- Apply segmentation, tagging and personalisation to ensure dynamic content renders correctly across all member segments.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Member Operations and Legal to ensure campaigns meet business and compliance requirements.
- Lead campaign QA and end-to-end testing, with particular care for logic-heavy and segmented workflows.
