Blue Light Card is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the Member Engagement programme. You will lead five working groups spanning CRM, data, product and go-to-market, building governance, cadence and accountability across teams.
You will collaborate with a Technical Programme Lead, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive a measurable delivery pipeline for a six-month fixed-term contract.
