  • Break down product initiatives into clear, deliverable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
  • Support discovery activities such as problem analysis, journey mapping and reviewing user insight
  • Help document current vs future state flows, edge cases and success measures
  • Collaborate daily with engineers, designers and data analysts to clarify requirements and remove blockers
  • Support delivery through testing, validation and reviewing expected behaviour
  • Identify risks, dependencies and requirement gaps early, contributing to effective planning and refinement
  • Take part in core squad ceremonies, contributing to continuous learning and post-release reviews

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong cross-functional experience working with engineering, design and data teams, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, with excellent attention to detail and structured thinking

  • Confident using Jira and Confluence, with hands-on experience managing backlogs, documentation and refinement workflows
  • A proactive problem-solver who’s comfortable getting into the detail to identify gaps, risks and opportunities
  • Clear communicator who asks smart questions, seeks clarity and builds strong collaborative relationships
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn, happy tackling well-defined problems while growing confidence in ambiguity; familiarity with Figma is a bonus
