Blue Light Card exists to support the people who keep our communities safe and cared for. Our members work across the NHS, emergency services, armed forces, education, social care and beyond, and the organisations they work for are a powerful way for us to reach them.
We’re looking for a Senior Member Organisations Manager to own that channel. This is a B2B partnerships and growth role at its core, where you’ll use data and commercial judgment to identify the highest-impact organisations to focus on, build relationships with the right people, and create scalable ways for those partners to communicate Blue Light Card to their employees throughout the year. The goal is to turn member organisations into a reliable, measurable channel for sign-ups, activation and ongoing engagement.
You’ll be coming in as an individual contributor with the autonomy to shape how this channel works, build the approach, and make a genuine mark on how Blue Light Card grows through its member organisations. If you thrive when given the space to define best practice rather than follow it, this is the kind of role you’ll relish.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver the member organisation partnerships strategy across health, education, social care, emergency services and the armed forces, with direct accountability for new member sign-ups and ongoing monthly active users.
- Use data, market insight and commercial judgment to assess and prioritise our key member organisations, identifying where the greatest opportunities for member growth lie.
- Source and connect with the right contacts within those organisations, via LinkedIn, events or direct outreach, to initiate and build productive working relationships.
- Strengthen and grow existing member organisation relationships, creating scalable ways for organisations to consistently promote Blue Light Card to their employees throughout the year.
- Work with internal marketing teams to develop activation playbooks, onboarding toolkits and ready-to-use comms packs that make it easy for our member organisations to promote us effectively.
- Represent Blue Light Card at relevant industry events and meetings, using those moments to build relationships and unlock new organisations.
- Use CRM (HubSpot) to manage member organisation activity, maintain data quality and track performance across acquisition, activation and engagement.
