Blue Light Card seeks a Head of Technical Delivery for 13-month fixed-term contract starting February 2027. You will own technical delivery across Engineering, Product, Design and Data, reporting to the CTO and guiding new delivery managers in a growing function.
You’ll work with Finance on budgets, drive quarterly planning, and build executive delivery reporting. The role requires strong stakeholder influence, data-driven tooling use, and a proactive change mindset.
