Blue Light Card is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee delivery across Product and Engineering squads, maintaining a live view of risks, blockers and dependencies and moving work forward across teams. You will report to the Head of Technical Delivery and partner with Engineering Managers, Technical Product Managers and Product Managers to mature delivery practices, governance and reporting.

The role emphasizes building structure where it doesn’t yet exist and driving measurable outcomes.
