The Role and the Team
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Designer to join the Design team to play a key role in transforming our brand and delivering outstanding creative work that resonates with our audiences. From crafting visually stunning marketing campaigns to refining our design processes, you will work collaboratively with a team that is passionate about making a difference. This role is perfect for someone who has a solid foundation in graphic design and is eager to level up, take on more responsibility, and contribute to something meaningful.

What You’ll Do
- Create exceptional designs for marketing campaigns, digital content, email, social media, print materials, and other creative assets.
- Collaborate on exciting initiatives to refresh and elevate our brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and other departments to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, help shape our creative direction and refine our processes to ensure we’re delivering our best work.
- Assist in organising and maintaining a centralised repository of brand assets, templates, and guidelines to empower the entire business.
- Respond to feedback constructively, refining designs to meet business objectives while maintaining creative integrity.
- Find appropriate uses for using AI in our Design workflows.
What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience of creative design experience (agency or in-house).
- A strong eye for detail, a passion for beautiful design, and a knack for problem-solving through creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch are a plus.
- Experience with video/motion work in programs such as After Effects.
- A hunger to learn, improve, and take on new challenges while being open to feedback.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
