We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Revenue Operations Manager to join as an early founding member of our revenue team, reporting to the Revenue Director. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be at the forefront of driving commercial performance – identifying and implementing commercial opportunities, streamlining operations, generating actionable insights, and building scalable, self‑serve reporting infrastructure to unlock growth.

Our Revenue team is small but mighty, sitting at the heart of the commercial organisation. We’re responsible for revenue generation, automation, and process optimisation across commercial functions, ensuring all actions are identified by clear data and insights to maximise performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage sales performance and reporting, ensuring we’re on track, avoiding unforced errors, and spotting opportunities early.
  • Optimise internal reporting structures and workflows to reduce friction, improve transparency, and support faster decision making.
  • Work with developers to maximise automation and unlock greater value from our new CRM system.
  • Build and iterate dashboards, models and scorecards that put performance data and insights at the fingertips of the commercial team.
  • Collaborate with the commercial leadership team on commercial and operational strategy.
  • Own ad hoc commercial initiatives, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities, prioritise projects, and track progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing and partnerships teams to evaluate campaign performance and support tactical optimisation.
  • Encourage the use of AI and automation tools to streamline recurring tasks and free up the partnerships team to focus on growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a RevOps or commercial operations role, ideally in a fast‑paced digital or marketplace environment.
  • Strong evidence of a commercial mindset and goal‑orientated approach.
  • Detailed understanding of how to maximise leverage from CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and a passion for automating processes and utilising AI to unlock insights.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in business modelling, dashboards, and familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Looker or BigQuery.
  • A strong quantitative foundation, whether through formal study, professional consulting experience, or hands‑on analytical work.
  • A proactive, self‑starting approach: motivated, considered, and committed to solve problems.
  • Collaborative and coachable, with a growth mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Our Culture

Our mission is simple – make heroes happy. Our members are the real‑life heroes who keep us all safe, cared for, and thriving. It’s what gets us up in the morning and pushes us to go further, think bigger, and create something that truly matters. By focusing on their happiness, we create amazing experiences, deliver unrivalled discounts, innovative products, and world‑class service.

We don’t just follow the usual path - we look for smarter, bolder ways to deliver real impact. We take ownership, move fast, and work shoulder to shoulder to build something special.

We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels they belong. Different perspectives and experiences help us grow, innovate, and better reflect the communities we serve.

We promote hybrid working, and value in‑person collaboration so encourage time in our offices, where you can make the most of our fully stocked snack drawers – either the HQ in Leicestershire, or London, Holborn office. The frequency and office location will vary depending on the role and team. We aim to be flexible, but we aren’t able to offer fully remote working.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working and flexible hours.
  • Free parking and EV charging onsite at HQ.
  • 25 days annual leave plus an additional day off for your birthday, and a buy and sell holiday scheme of up to 5 days.
  • A company bonus scheme.
  • Your own Blue Light Card and exclusive access to thousands of discounts.
  • Generous funded BUPA medical insurance covering pre‑existing conditions.
  • Group auto‑enrolment pension plan.
  • Enhanced parental leave and absence leave.
  • Healthcare cashback plan.
  • Employee assistance programme (including mental health support) and mental health first aiders.
  • Great social events e.g., festive party, summer party, team socials, sports matches.
  • Regular company‑wide recognition events e.g. Monthly Light’s Up and the Shine awards.
  • Relaxed dress code and modern office space (games area, chill‑out areas, book club, free drinks/snacks).
