We have an exciting opportunity for a PR & Comms Manager to join our growing team to help tell our story, strengthen our reputation and bring our brand to life through powerful earned media and thought leadership. This role will shape and amplify our brand narrative, build meaningful relationships with media and partners, and ensure our PR activity supports both our commercial goals and our commitment to our members. You will work closely with marketing, brand, partnerships and commercial teams, as well as manage the day-to-day relationship with our retained PR agency.
What You Will Do
- Lead and deliver a PR and communications strategy that supports our brand story, partnerships and commercial ambitions.
- Manage always-on press office activity and amplify campaigns around key trading, brand and member moments.
- Create and oversee compelling press releases, media materials and key messages in collaboration with our agency.
- Build trusted relationships across the business to ensure consistent, authentic storytelling.
- Support the launch of brand partners and member offers through thoughtful earned media and creative storytelling.
- Manage the retained PR agency to ensure high-quality output, strong collaboration and clear value.
- Develop meaningful measurement and reporting that shows the impact of PR on brand health and commercial performance.
- Use insights, analytics and media trends to continuously refine and improve our communications approach.
What You Will Bring
- Strong experience in PR or corporate communications, with a genuine passion for storytelling and brand building.
- A proven track record of securing impactful coverage across national, regional and trade media.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with an instinct for clear, engaging narratives.
- Confidence managing agencies and working with external partners.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with care and attention to detail.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using data, insights and reporting to demonstrate PR effectiveness and commercial impact.
