Blue Light Card is seeking a Head of Technical Delivery to cover a 13‑month fixed-term contract starting February 2027. You’ll own delivery across Engineering, Product, Design and Data (EPDD), from vendor contracts and budgets through quarterly planning and clear delivery reporting for Directors and Executives.
You’ll support and manage Technical Delivery Managers, reporting to the CTO, and help embed new ways of working as the function grows.
