Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm who are recruiting for a Thought Leadership & Content Senior Advisor to join their London office. The role involves ensuring content aligns with global positioning while tailoring messaging for local relevance and maximum impact, helping to strengthen the firm's reputation as a trusted advisor on the issues that matter most to clients.
The Responsibilities:
- Shape and lead thought leadership campaigns aligned with the firm's brand, clients, and sector priorities.
- Identify priority topics and emerging issues with BDM colleagues and stakeholders where the firm can lead industry conversations.
- Produce compelling multi-format content (articles, reports, video, podcasts, and social media) tailored for global audiences and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with global/regional marketing teams to amplify content and integrate it into wider campaigns.
- Manage delivery of major cross-border thought leadership initiatives, including project management and stakeholder coordination.

The Candidate:
- Degree in law, communications, marketing, or related field, with proven senior-level experience in content or thought leadership, ideally within legal, financial, or corporate sectors.
- Skilled in generating ideas, writing, editing, and strategically planning thought leadership across formats and channels, with strong editorial judgment and adaptability for global audiences.
- Experienced in leading complex, cross-regional projects and collaborating with business development, marketing, PR, and corporate affairs teams to align content with broader campaigns.
