A leading UK law firm is seeking a proactive Social Media Content Executive to join their Communications team. You will plan, create, and manage engaging digital content across social media platforms, helping position the firm as a leader in its sectors and reinforcing its unique brand: bold, innovative, and client-focused.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s brand, services, and strategic priorities.
- Plan, produce, and schedule high-quality content across social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative, brand-consistent digital campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using tools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics, providing recommendations to optimise engagement.
- Support internal communications initiatives to engage and inform colleagues across the firm.
- Advise and train lawyers and colleagues on optimising personal digital presence and creating engaging content.
- Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
- Attend and support events, photoshoots, and video shoots as required.
The Candidate:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a social media, communications, or creative content role.
- Strong understanding of key social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and content formats.
- Proficiency in digital creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and high-quality visual content.
- Photography and videography skills desirable.
