We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer to support the implementation of a newly developed brand across a leading professional services organisation.
Working closely with senior Marketing and Business Development stakeholders and an external brand agency, you will critically assess new brand guidelines, challenge where necessary and ensure they are practical, flexible and easy to apply.
Once finalised, you will take ownership of the brand implementation, creating a comprehensive library of assets including pitch decks, presentations, social media templates, digital content and marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and challenge brand guidelines to ensure they are practical and fit for purpose.
- Lead the implementation of the new brand across marketing and communications.
- Act as brand guardian, maintaining consistency and high creative standards.
- Design high-quality PowerPoint pitch and proposal decks for major business opportunities.
- Create presentation, social media, event, digital and marketing templates.
- Build and maintain a well-organised brand asset library.
- Provide creative input into a new website and work with external agencies.
- Manage multiple briefs from senior stakeholders, partners and Business Development teams.
- Deliver high-quality creative work independently and to tight deadlines.
- Prepare clear brand documentation and handover materials for the permanent team.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in brand and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio covering brand, digital and print design.
- Experience implementing and/or reviewing brand guidelines.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills.
- Strong digital design and social media experience.
- Experience creating presentations, pitch decks and marketing collateral.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior professionals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
- Professional services experience, ideally within a partnership environment, is highly desirable.
