Blue Legal is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Property Legal Administrator to join its highly regarded Property team on a permanent basis. This opportunity is suited to a proactive and organised individual who will provide administrative support to Partners and fee earners across a broad range of property matters, while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and client service standards.
The Responsibilities:
- Support the Property team with a wide range of administrative tasks, including Land Registry applications, property searches and SDLT submissions.
- Manage critical dates and documentation, ensuring deadlines are accurately diarised and monitored.
- Coordinate the setup and ongoing management of data rooms and maintain accurate electronic filing systems.
- Assist with file opening procedures, conflict checks, client care documentation and matter closing processes.
- Prepare invoices, expense claims and support finance-related administration, including payments, transfers and WIP adjustments.
- Liaise with internal teams, external providers and local authorities to obtain documents, searches and policy quotations where required.
- Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, courier coordination and document preparation, ensuring all work is completed in line with firm protocols and quality standards.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous, ideally within a legal or property-focused team.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confident communication and IT skills, with a professional and proactive approach to supporting colleagues and clients.
