We are seeking a highly academic, organised and ambitious graduate with a genuine interest in
Learning & Development, Administration and Project Management to join a growing learning and consulting business.

Working closely with the leadership team, consultants and external clients, you will play an important role in coordinating learning programmes, supporting consulting projects and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys learning, is naturally organised and has the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
You do not need extensive professional experience; we are particularly interested in someone with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and a clear desire to develop a career within L&D and project coordination .
