This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated CRM professional to take ownership of the firm’s CRM strategy, drive operational excellence, and support a global team in strengthening client relationships.
The Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define, refine, and execute the firm’s CRM strategy, ensuring firmwide alignment and best practice implementation.
- Oversee day-to-day management of CRM systems, ensuring they are optimised for client development, relationship mapping, and business development activities.
- Lead a small team, setting clear objectives, providing support and guidance, and ensuring high performance.
