A dynamic international law firm is seeking a Senior Proposal and Pursuit Executive to join their London office. This role will be part of the central proposals and pursuits team, focusing on the firm's most important global RFPs.
The Responsibilities:
- Supporting Proposal Managers with large, complex RFPs.
- Tracking all proposal opportunities within the firm’s CRM system.
- Editing, drafting, formatting, and producing RfP response documents, utilizing standard content and tailoring as appropriate, including drafting some content from scratch.
- Project managing end-to-end RfP opportunities, ensuring adherence to best practice processes.
- Preparing client reports as part of the engagement process.
- Collaborating with cross-sector teams to leverage skills and improve efficiency.
The Candidate:
- Experience working within a legal or professional services environment.
- Proven project management experience with complex RfPs.
- Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Strong IT literacy.
