An award-winning law firm is seeking a Marketing & Events Senior Executive to join their team based in London. The role holder will support the delivery of the firm\βs Business Development, Marketing and Communication initiatives. This role will report to the Head of BD & Marketing.Responsibilities To be responsible for managing the organisation of both in-house and external events and webinars.Supporting the implementation of Business Development & Marketing activities of the firm and Practice Groups.Manage the firm\βs participation in external conferences.Taking leadership in event, webinar and conference communication publication on the website.Supporting the maintenance of Business Development & Marketing data entry to the firms CRM system.Working alongside the Marketing and events executive to in recording and publishing podcast, as well as posting on websites and social media.To support the Senior Digital Executive with posting updates and making any amendments to the website if required.Qualifications Must have a minimum of 3 years\β experience working in Marketing and events in a law firm.To have previous exposure to client events and webinars .Exposure of website and social media maintenance is expected.Please note Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
