A national award-winning law firm is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to join their team in London or Manchester. This role will assist in the smooth running of the CRM system, supporting the management and analysis of data. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the firm’s CRM system – HubSpot.
- Coordinate manual transfer of data with other internal systems as needed.
- Lead strategic development in customer acquisition and conversion.
- Develop best practices for HubSpot CRM and new processes.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop client and prospect leads.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in CRM marketing.
- Experience in setting up and developing CRM programs and campaigns.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred but not essential.
