Blue Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm recruiting for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their London office. The role involves driving the Global CRM programmes, collaborating across practice groups and business units, and managing key account plans for top clients. This is an internal support role focused on growth and client retention.
Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of global client initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.
- Identify growth opportunities through strategic planning and relationship mapping.
- Build strong relationships by understanding client portfolios and fostering connections across units.
- Promote best practices for client service, lead account reviews, resolve issues, and optimize spending.
- Track and escalate client service issues, focusing on client experience and scorecard objectives.

Candidate Profile:
