Blue Legal has partnered with an award-winning law firm seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in one of their UK offices. The role involves supporting the Financial Services group to grow revenue and reputation, developing their client base, and managing a small team reporting to the Head of BD. They seek a knowledgeable and passionate individual who is collaborative and thrives in their trusting, flexible working culture. Banking and Financial Services experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and revise Business Development and client plans regularly.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop compelling market propositions.
- Lead sales and marketing campaigns with support from Communications teams to position the firm to win work and convert opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with priority clients in the Financial Services sector and support client teams in expanding these relationships.
- Create persuasive marketing collateral, proposals, bids, and pitch presentations.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with high-value prospects through contact plans.
- Nurture relationships with financial industry bodies to enhance the firm and sector profile.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record in helping professional services organizations develop reputation and achieve revenue growth.
- Exceptional knowledge of the Financial Services sector and experience working with major financial organizations.
