Blue Legal has partnered with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Senior BD Advisor to join their London office. The role will support the teamsβ fast-paced energy and Infrastructure team, which will involve:
- Identifying opportunities, driving cross-selling, executing client-centric BD activities, and strengthening client relationships.
The Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of business development plans aligned with global Energy & Infrastructure growth objectives and overall firm strategy, ensuring local efforts are connected to global priorities.
- Build strong relationships across global BD teams to maintain alignment with global processes, strategies, and tools, leveraging shared services effectively.
- Assist in creating focused product, sector, and client growth plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to winning pitch strategies in collaboration with sector, client, and pitching teams.
- Partner with marketing to deliver compelling, product-led go-to-market campaigns that effectively engage target clients and drive awareness of group capabilities.
- Drive data-led insights to support opportunity spotting and pipeline management, while analysing market trends to shape BD strategy and support growth.
- Contribute to global initiatives such as client feedback programs to enhance relationships, generate insights, and deliver on strategic goals across the practice.
