Blue Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Real Estate Marketing and Business Development Manager to support its highly successful International Real Estate Sector and Group. This is a varied and strategic role working closely with senior stakeholders across the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the US, delivering high-profile campaigns, flagship events, client development initiatives and product launches. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sector growth, strengthening client relationships and supporting the firm’s market‑leading reputation across the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior leadership to support and deliver strategic marketing and business development plans across the Real Estate sector.
  • Lead client targeting and client sharing initiatives, supporting the development of key client relationships and sector growth opportunities.
  • Manage high‑profile events and conferences, including large‑scale international industry events and flagship client programmes.
  • Support and lead on strategic pitch opportunities, business development campaigns and route‑to‑market initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sector research, CRM data and social media activity to support brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with international teams and wider business services functions to deliver integrated campaigns and track performance against objectives and budgets.
  • Oversee key directory submissions and support the ongoing development of the sector’s profile both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Previous manager‑level experience within a professional services environment, ideally within real estate, corporate or financial services.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced international environment.
  • Commercially aware, proactive and collaborative approach, alongside strong knowledge of marketing and business development processes, CRM systems and digital marketing activity.

Applicants must have valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high‑profile relevant Association or Agency.
