Blue Legal has partnered with a leading international commercial law firm, seeking a Proposals Executive to join their Business Development and Marketing team. The role focuses on supporting the proposals process, creating pitches and presentations, and making a significant impact at a top law firm.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage select capability statements and pitches.
  • Collaborate with the Proposals Manager to deliver responses to client RFPs and secure work.
  • Maintain a content library, analyze submitted pitches, and update content accordingly.
  • Use the firm’s CRM to log opportunities and manage pitch documents.
  • Coordinate with the design team and partners for professional proposal presentation.
  • Assist with large, procurement-led panel pitches.

The Candidate:

  • Experience in proposals within legal or professional services sectors.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
