A world-class international law firm is seeking a Pitch Coordinator for a 12 month FTC. Working closely with a dynamic team of 20 as well as internal stakeholders globally, the role focuses on the process, execution and delivery of pitches to the firmβs clients. The role-holder will have great attention to detail and excellent writing and proof-reading skills.
The Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers on pitch briefs.
- Maintain continuous communication with BD teams throughout the pitch process.
- Develop first draft pitches by collecting and formatting data from internal and external sources.
- Record pitch opportunities in the internal database.
- Project manage pitch projects, ensuring best practice is met and internal teams are provided with timelines.
- Creating design features (maps, data graphics, front page and divider images, team charts etc.) and incorporating them into the pitch document.
- Undertaking client research for summaries and responses.
The Candidate:
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Word is essential.
- Familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is advantageous.
- Background in document or pitch production, data research, and/or proofreading/copy-editing is beneficial.
- Experience in a legal environment is a plus.
Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
