We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused
Client Onboarding Administrator to join the Risk Management team in Northampton.
The role will provide essential support across the firm's client and matter onboarding processes , ensuring that file opening, AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict checking requirements are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive , with a strong commitment to accuracy and delivering a high-quality internal service.
You will have the confidence to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or elevate an issue. An interest in developing your knowledge of
AML, compliance, risk and client onboarding would be highly beneficial.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialist experience within a
Risk Management function , while playing an important role in ensuring the firm's clients and matters are onboarded efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Working as part of a centralised onboarding function, you will act as a key point of contact for fee earners, secretaries and wider support teams.
You will help ensure new clients and matters are onboarded smoothly while maintaining high standards of compliance, data accuracy and service delivery.
