New Business Sales Executive
A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive and motivated New Business Sales Executive to join their Campaign Sales team. You will manage a continuous flow of leads, nurture client relationships, and work closely with BD teams, Fee Earners, and Knowledge Lawyers to support business growth and new client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s services, target clients, and strategic priorities.
- Qualify inbound website enquiries and campaign leads, ensuring systematic follow-up and conversion.
- Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of prospects and book meetings with lawyers.
- Utilise sales enablement tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify opportunities and trigger campaigns.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Track all sales activity and pipeline progress, ensuring CRM data integrity.
- Support and mentor team members on best practice, and share knowledge across the BD function.
Candidate
- Previous experience within a similar role in a legal or professional services environment.
- Educated to degree level, ideally a marketing or business related degree.
- Experience with the use of social media channels particularly LinkedIn.
