A major US law firm is seeking a Marketing & Client Development Executive to join their London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting the implementation of strategic client development plans for a prominent practice group, focusing on global projects and initiatives.
The Responsibilities:
- Assist with practice group business development activities such as pitches and client targeting.
- Conduct market research, including company and industry analysis, pursuit lists, and competitor insights.
- Create pitches, presentations, and responses to RFPs.
- Update and help develop new credentials.
- Coordinate client communications, including legal updates, announcements, and lead specific thought leadership projects.
- Support website and social media updates and communications.
- Organize seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and other events.
- Collaborate with fee earners to enhance team profile and ROI.
The Candidate:
- Previous marketing experience within a legal or professional services firm.
- Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage own workload.
- Degree educated or CIM marketing qualification.
