Marketing Business Development Executive
Blue Legal is proud to be working with a leading UK law firm to help them in their search to find a talented Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their collaborative and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience across business development, marketing, and events, working with specialists who drive client relationships, new business and market positioning.
The Responsibilities:
- Support Business Development Managers in delivering sector and client plans, analysing performance data, and developing campaigns.
- Contribute to thought leadership, digital content, newsletters, and client communications.
- Coordinate firm-wide events including seminars, webinars, and corporate hospitality, working closely with the Events Manager.
- Manage marketing collateral, CVs, photography, and assist with legal directory submissions.
- Use CRM (OnePlace) and marketing tools (Vuture) to support campaigns, manage lists, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support social media, website content, podcasts, and video production to enhance brand visibility.
- Undertake competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a marketing and/or business development role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to engage confidently with stakeholders.
- Experience in events coordination, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- A strong team player, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to getting involved across a wide range of projects and initiatives.
