A prestigious global law firm are seeking a Marketing & BD Executive to support the firm's international sector groups, with a focus on their renowned Employment and Restructuring practice groups. The successful candidate will drive strategic marketing and BD initiatives to raise the profile of the practice groups at an international level, and can be based in any of the firm's UK offices.
The Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of marketing initiatives to support the sector and practice group plans.
- Coordinate the delivery of profile raising activities including events, legal award submissions, sponsorships, and digital content.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to support with targeting key clients and industry leaders.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to deliver a compelling message for major sector and practice group pitches.
- Ensure messages are consistent across all standard capability statements and pitching content.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure BD strategies and messaging is being shared between aligned practice groups, to enable a cohesive market approach.
- Responsible for sector and practice group intranet sites.
- Ensure that practice group credentials are maintained and regularly updated in order to deliver compelling sales messages.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience working within a legal / professional services environment.
- Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Be IT literate – experience of Excel, PowerPoint, Word 2010 and Outlook is essential; experience of using InterAction/CRM systems would be beneficial.
- Hold a Degree/CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing (desirable).
