Blue Legal have partnered with a global law firm to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Executive to support their international Real Estate Sector and Practice Group. This position is ideal for a driven marketing and BD professional with experience in professional services, particularly within the legal sector, who is ready to take ownership of initiatives and contribute to international campaigns, client engagement and sector growth.
The Responsibilities:
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns and profile-raising initiatives
- Support lawyers in promoting sector-specific legal solutions
- Help implement business plans and client strategies
- Draft and update pitches, credentials, and BD materials
- Maintain intranet pages and client collateral systems
- Assist with internal comms and training coordination
- Act as a point of contact for sector leadership teams
- Liaise with international teams to ensure consistency
The Candidate:
- Proven marketing/BD experience, ideally in legal or professional services
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with project management experience
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
