We\βre working with a specialist law firm to find a Marketing Assistant to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career within a unique and high-profile legal environment. The Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of pitch documents and marketing materials to support client development and new business opportunities.
Help maintain and update key marketing channels, including the firm\βs website, social media platforms, newsletters, and client alerts.
Coordinate both online and in-person events such as webinars, seminars, and briefings overseeing invites, attendance, and logistics.
Support the upkeep of lawyer profiles and assist with legal directory submissions.
Contribute to internal business development meetings and manage contact databases and distribution lists.
Liaise with external providers and assist in delivering targeted digital campaigns and promotional content.
The Candidate:
Some prior experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within a professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using digital tools including website CMS (e.g. WordPress), email marketing platforms (e.g. CreateSend), and Microsoft Office).
A working knowledge of social media (particularly LinkedIn) and an interest in video content creation and editing.
