Blue Legal are partnering with a leading solicitor firm who are recruiting for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join their London office. This role involves driving the firm's digital presence by creating engaging content, analysing trends, and developing social media and marketing strategies to strengthen the legal brand across multiple jurisdictions.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored social media strategies and engaging content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, blogs, articles, multimedia) to raise brand awareness across jurisdictions.
- Produce business development assets (brochures, videos, podcasts, webinars, presentations) using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms, oversee website content accuracy, design collaboration, and user experience.
- Plan and optimise Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and SEO strategies to drive visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- Manage content calendars, analyse campaign performance, and measure ROI to refine marketing strategies.
- Deliver monthly reports with insights on social media, paid ads, events, ESG initiatives, and business development activities.
- Monitor customer interactions, track competitors, manage employee advocacy, and coordinate events/webinars to strengthen client relationships.
- Lead ESG initiatives, promote sustainability and community engagement, and stay ahead of digital marketing and legal sector trends.
The Candidate:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing/communications with proven background in legal or professional services marketing and advertising.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, social media management tools, and analytics platforms, with strong design sense and creative thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, analyse data, and demonstrate ROI from campaigns.
