Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Senior Social Media & Communications Executive to join their London office. Newly created, you will work closely with teams across the firm focussing heavily on their social media strategy, as well as internal and external communications, events and other strategic initiatives. You will build strong stakeholder relationships that help amplify their messages and promote their content more broadly.
The Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop all social media channels, creating content plans and leading the social advocacy programme.
- Collaborate with campaigns and content teams to plan and execute social media activity for key initiatives.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, using BI and listening tools to monitor KPIs, sentiment, and market mentions.
- Support and optimise social media advertising campaigns alongside digital and web teams.
- Foster engagement within online communities by creating relevant, collaborative, and audience-focused content.
- Deliver social media training, share best practices, and integrate analytics with broader marketing insights.
- Contribute to internal and external communications, support brand voice adoption, and publish PR and video content.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to team operations, joiners/leavers, and photography sessions.
The Candidate:
- 4+ years' experience managing social media channels, including working with stakeholders to build their presence, ideally within a B2B or regulated environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of major social media platforms and enterprise social media tools.
- Deep knowledge of B2B-focused social media strategy and broad platform awareness.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable messages for the firm.
