Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Senior Marketing & Events Executive to join their London office. The role involves supporting the firm's business development and marketing activities, primarily through managing events, webinars, and conferences, maintaining CRM and collateral, and delivering wider BD/marketing initiatives with strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
The Responsibilities:
- Provide broad BD & Marketing support to the firm and Practice Groups, including event management, CRM/data maintenance, and general BD/marketing tasks.
- Plan, organise, and deliver in-house and external events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, materials, and KPIs reporting.
- Manage social media promotion for events and oversee BD networking initiatives.
- Coordinate event communications and invitations using Vuture, and ensure publication on the firm's website.
- Support collateral production and updates with external designers/printers, while maintaining stock levels.
- Assist wider BD&M activities such as marcoms campaigns, seasonal gifts, ad-hoc BD research, and monitoring the Events mailbox.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years' marketing/events experience in a law firm, with exposure to client events, webinars, website/social media maintenance; CIM qualified or working towards it.
- Strong organisation, planning, multitasking, attention to detail, proof-reading, and IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM/databases).
- Professional and confident, calm under pressure, diplomatic, enthusiastic, quick learner, smartly presented, and effective team player.
