Blue Legal is partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Marketing Designer to join its Marketing & Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative professional to support the delivery of high-quality design work across print and digital channels, helping to strengthen brand identity and enhance the firm’s marketing and client-facing materials. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging visual content aligned with the firm’s evolving brand strategy.
The Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of branded marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including pitch documents, brochures, reports, presentations, and campaign assets.
- Support the ongoing implementation and consistency of the firm’s visual identity across all marketing and business development materials.
- Create and adapt templates within Adobe InDesign, ensuring materials are visually engaging, on-brand, and fit for purpose.
- Develop presentations and data visualisations in PowerPoint, presenting complex information in a clear and professional format.
- Produce digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and website content, ensuring designs are tailored appropriately for each channel.
- Edit and manage imagery and multimedia content, including light video editing and preparation of artwork for print production.
- Provide guidance and creative support to internal stakeholders, acting as a key contact for design best practice and brand consistency.
- Support workflow coordination where required, managing incoming design requests and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines effectively.
The Candidate
- A minimum of five years’ experience within a design role, ideally gained within a professional services, corporate, or regulated environment.
- Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint, alongside strong layout and typography skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Experience with digital design, data visualisation, video editing, and web technologies would be advantageous.
