Blue Legal is partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit an experienced CRM Systems Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Systems Manager to take ownership of the firm's CRM platform, driving system optimisation, user adoption, reporting, and data governance across the business.

The successful CRM Systems Manager can be based in Bristol, Exeter, or London, with an expectation of attending the office approximately three days per week.

  • Manage and develop the firm's CRM platform, ensuring it supports business development and marketing objectives.
  • Lead CRM projects, including system enhancements, integrations, user adoption initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Manage CRM workflows, user access, security settings, and system documentation.
  • Deliver CRM training and ongoing user support to maximise engagement and best practice.
  • Oversee CRM data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, IT teams, and external suppliers to deliver CRM improvements.
  • Act as the firm's subject matter expert for Intapp DealCloud and CRM processes.

Proven experience as a CRM Systems Manager, CRM Lead, CRM Administrator, or similar role is required, along with previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong experience in CRM reporting, dashboard creation, data governance, and user adoption programmes is essential. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills are also necessary. Experience working with Marketing, Business Development, and IT teams to deliver CRM-focused solutions is important.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM Systems Manager looking to join a highly regarded professional services firm and play a key role in the development and optimisation of its CRM strategy. Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
